This website is operated by IronMain LLC. We use limited, self-hosted analytics to understand traffic and interest in our products—not to record browsing sessions or target advertising.
What our analytics collect
We run Umami on infrastructure we control. Our tracking script records page paths and titles, visit times, referring websites, browser and operating-system categories, device type, screen size, browser language, and selected product-access or enquiry link clicks. IP-derived location estimates may include country, region, and city; we do not request your device’s precise location.
Before sending an event, we remove URL query strings and fragments, and keep only the referring website—not its page path or query. We do not send email contents, free-form input, advertising identifiers, or user-supplied event properties. A click on an email link records interest, not whether you actually send a message.
Umami processes your IP address and browser information to derive a visitor identifier that rotates daily and to estimate location. Raw IP addresses are not stored in its analytics records. These identifiers are not persistent accounts or cross-site advertising IDs; this does not mean every analytics record is necessarily anonymous.
Cookies and your choices
Our usage analytics do not set cookies. If you disable analytics below, we store that preference in your browser’s local storage on this site. The preference applies to that browser and device, and clearing site data removes it.
We also disable usage analytics when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Analytics do not run when JavaScript is disabled, and blocking analytics does not affect access to the website.
With JavaScript disabled, no usage analytics run.
Use, access, and retention
We use these statistics to understand referral sources, improve website content, and see which products visitors ask about. We do not sell analytics data or send it to an external analytics vendor. Our hosting providers necessarily process infrastructure traffic and stored data on our behalf.
The analytics dashboard is private. A nightly maintenance job removes analytics records older than 90 days. Local database recovery copies retain the latest two successful nightly snapshots. Encrypted backups also follow our regular rotation of seven daily, four weekly, and six monthly snapshots; deleted analytics can remain in those copies until the backups expire. Operational web-server logs are separate from analytics and may contain connection details needed to deliver, troubleshoot, and protect the site.
